License Agreement for FMS Free Software
Ownership of the Software
The FMS Free Software programs available from the FMS Web Site ("Software") and the accompanying written materials are owned by FMS, Inc. [or its suppliers] and are protected by United States copyright laws, by laws of other nations, and by international treaties. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material except that you may make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purpose, and you may transfer the Software to a permanent storage device.
Redistribution
Software may not be redistributed by any means without express written permission from FMS. FMS welcomes links to our site. However we request that you link to our site rather than offering our software for download from your site.
Modification and Distribution of Modified Code
FMS Free Software is provided with full source code for educational purposes. You may use the program code and design elements from FMS Free Software in your applications on a royalty-free basis. In other words, if you find code or ideas in FMS Free Software that you want to use and distribute in your applications, you are free to do so as long as you follow these rules:
