The class is not being used.
Remarks
The code contains a Class that is never used. Although having unused items does not affect code functionality, unused items clutter code, making it difficult to read and maintain.
More importantly, unused Classes could indicate deeper logic issues in your application. For instance, the Class could represent important functionality that has not been implemented.
Resolution
You should review all unused Classes to ensure that they do not represent important functionality that should be implemented. If the Class is unnecessary, you should consider removing it to keep your application running optimally and to keep your code readable and manageable.
