Using the Total ZipCode Database

Total ZipCode Database contains every zip code in the entire United States – over 50,000 records – in three easy to use formats: Access MDB database (supports Access 2000-2016), Access 97 database, and ASCII files.

Your annual subscription includes the most up-to-date data from the US Postal Service, as well as 11 monthly updates. As an added bonus, the product includes a sample application that demonstrates how to use the data to improve your application.

Easily create a form that lets users enter in a zip code and fill in the City and State fields.

For zip codes with more than one acceptable city name, the list of USPS approved names can be displayed in a combo box. We provide all the code in an Access form to let you implement this easily.
