Total Access Statistics for Microsoft Access

Product Highlights

Here are some highlights of Total Access Statistics:

  • Total Access Statistics analyzes data in Access/Jet databases (ACCDB and MDB formats) and Access Data Projects (ADP files).
  • An unlimited number of records can be analyzed at one time.
  • Results are stored in tables in your database. You can use these tables like any other table including adding it to queries, forms, and reports.
  • Except for features where you specify field updates, your data is never modified and temporary tables are never created in your database. When it needs temporary tables, Total Access Statistics creates them in its own database.
  • Your analysis selections (scenarios) are automatically saved for reuse. Only the settings are saved, not the data, so the latest data is always used to recalculate the results when you run a scenario.
  • The scenario information is stored in four hidden system tables in your database. The information remains with your database even if you rename or move the database, re-install Total Access Statistics, or upgrade to a new version. You can delete it if you no longer need it.
  • Total Access Statistics works within your environment and respects your security settings and rights. Multi-user support is included.
  • In addition to the interactive add-in, a programmatic interface is available. VBA developers can add statistical analysis in Access applications transparently. A royalty-free runtime distribution license is included so you can distribute our library with your database to non-owners of Total Access Statistics.
