Having used FMS's Total Access Startup, I can say it was a life saver.
I was able to deploy according to our Change Management policies, five times during the same day.... it just works...I would never try to re-develop what Total Access Startup does and then have to support it.
Too much time and money for what can be purchased by your customer for about 5-10 hours of consulting.
You can't develop something like Total Access Startup in that amount of time and have it works as solidly.

Total Access Startup is critical in many of my applications.
It really makes it easy to "fix the errors, unforeseen happenings, etc." when you are rolling out an application.
Even the best programmers cannot predict everything wanted, or that things people will do.
Invest in things like this. You won't be sorry you did.
