Quick Documentation
The Quick Doc feature lets you generate basic documentation for
Microsoft Access objects without performing any of the advanced analysis of the main documentation.
This is useful if you simply want reports of:
- Tables lists with their field structures and properties
- Query lists with properties, columns, joins, parameters and dictionary
- Form lists, properties, controls, sections, subforms, hotkeys, blueprints, and dictionary
- Report list, properties, controls, sections, subreports, group levels, blueprints, and dictionary
- Macro line printouts
- Module code printouts including standardized indentations with brackets
- Database properties, Access Options, inventory of objects, and library references
- Table relationships and the relationship window
What you don't get from the main documentation are things like error
detection, cross-referencing between objects, VBA analysis, suggestions and performance tips, etc.
