Module: MappingGoogle in Category Geospatial Mapping : Mapping from Total Visual SourceBook

Use Google Maps (https://google.com/maps/) to show addresses, directions (driving, transit, walking, biking), and display options in VBA and VB6.

Procedure Name Type Description
(Declarations) Declarations Declarations and private variables for the modMappingGoogle module.
Google_MapAddress Procedure Open the specified address location in Google maps (https://google.com/maps/). Pass a blank string to open with no address.
Google_MapAddressView Procedure Open the specified address location in Google maps (https://google.com/maps/) with options on starting a route and the view to display.
Google_MapAddressSearch Procedure Open the specified address location in Google maps (https://google.com/maps/) and search for nearby locations.
Google_MapDirections Procedure Open the specified address location in Google maps (https://google.com/maps/) with directions to another location and the mode of transportation.
GetViewTypeParameter Procedure Convert the view to the Google Maps parameter to set the display view.
LaunchURL Procedure Open the default Internet browser on the user's machine by specifying a URL (uniform resource locator).
