With Total Access Memo, you are not limited to editing your text within the size of the control on your form. By pressing the edit key (Shift + F2), a full screen rich text editor appears which can be maximized to your window.
Easily type, edit, and format rich text with ease. Full menus, paragraph rulers, context sensitive help, and customizable toolbars make our editor the richest you'll find for Access. It even includes spell checking to eliminate embarrassing typos.
Presentation Quality Reports
Microsoft Access reports support non-standard ActiveX controls on Print and Print Preview. Total Access Memo is designed specifically for Microsoft Access, to support Access reports so you can add your RTF data to your output.
64 and 32-bit ActiveX Controls
Total Access Memo is an ActiveX control. ActiveX controls are either 32-bit or 64-bit and needs to match the bitness of your Microsoft Access version.
- Access 2000 to 2007 are 32-bit only.
- Access 2010 and later shipped with 64 and 32-bit versions.
- You can install either bitness for Access 2010 but not both on the same PC. Same for the 2013 version.
- Only one bitness version of Access 2016, 2019, 2021/365 can be installed on a PC.
