Total Access Memo lets you add rich text
format (RTF) memos to Microsoft® Access® with sophisticated editing and
spell checking. Our super-easy data binding means you can
display rich text on your forms and reports and store it in your
tables.
Give your users the
ability to add text with different fonts, point sizes, fonts styles (bold,
italics, underline, etc.), bullet points, tabs,
paragraph margins, indentations, alignment, spacing between paragraphs, color, graphics,
hyperlinks, etc.
Place and Bind Total Access Memo Fields on Your Forms
Total Access Memo is simply another control on your form and can
be bound directly to a memo field from your form's RecordSource.

Includes a Powerful, Full Screen Editor with Spell Checking
With Total Access Memo, you are not limited to editing your text
within the size of the control on your form. By pressing the edit
key (Shift F2), a full screen rich text editor appears which can be
maximized to your window.
Easily type, edit, and format rich text with ease. Full menus,
paragraph rulers, context sensitive help, and customizable toolbars
make our editor the richest you'll find for Access. It even includes
spell checking to eliminate embarrassing typos.

Redistribute
Your Solution
Do you want to include rich text capabilities to an application
you distribute to others? No problem: Total Access Memo includes a
royalty-free distribution license so you can add rich text memo
fields to your database and give them to non-Total Access Memo
owners.
Industry
Standard Rich Text Format
Total Access Memo supports the Microsoft RTF standard for
compatibility with Microsoft® Word, WordPad, and any other RTF-compatible
program.
Pricing and Availability
The latest version supports Microsoft Access 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007,
and 2010 (32 bit version). An
older version is available for Access 97 which supports a different
ActiveX format.
32 Versus 64 Bit Versions
Since ActiveX controls are either 32 or 64-bit dependent, the 32-bit
version can be put on your Access forms and reports, and used by users of Access 2000,
2002, 2003, 2007, and the 32-bit version of Access 2010. The 64-bit version of Access 2010
requires 64-bit ActiveX controls and cannot use the 32-bit version.
A 64-bit
version is under development and will be available soon.
