Here's what you can do with Total Access Emailer:

• Email personalized messages to everyone in your list of email addresses stored in any table, linked table, or query (your data source).
• Combine fields from your data source to personalize the subject and message for each recipient.
• Send messages as text or HTML format (HTML messages can be from an HTML file on disk and automatically embed its graphics).
• Attach Access reports as PDF files to your messages. These reports can be filtered for each recipient based on values in the data source so they only receive their data.
• Attach files to your messages which can be the same for everyone or specified by a field in your table.
• Use a report for the body of your message or data from a table/query.
• Compress all the attached files into a zip file that can be password protected for increased security.
• Maintain an audit trail to know what was sent to whom and when.
• Save the attached files to disk.
• Validate the syntax of your email addresses before sending to them.

All of this is available with the Total Access Emailer add-in without any programming. The specifications for each email blast are automatically saved in your database with support for multi-user environments. Easily resend, edit, and copy each email specification.

The Professional Version of Total Access Emailer includes a programmatic interface to let you send email blasts from VBA. Easily send email blasts tied to a button or other event in your code. A royalty-free runtime license is included to distribute your Access applications to non-Total Access Emailer owners.
