Sample Report Displaying Rich Text with Total Access Memo
Total Access Memo can be inserted directly into your reports like other controls.
Please note that the size of a Total Access Memo control is limited by the 22 inch maximum height of an Access report. So as long as you don't display more than that in one record's field, the Access reports will work well. Of course, you can have multiple Total Access Memo fields on one record, or an unlimited number of records provided each one is less than the Access maximum.
