See what Total Access Memo can add to your Microsoft Access applications:
Add a Total Access memo control to your form and bind it to a memo field from the RecordSource. Display and edit the text with all the rich text features you expect:
In Design mode, right click on the Total Access Memo control to see and set its properties.
Add Total Access Memo control to your reports and print the rich text field.
Note that Access reports are limited to 22 inches in length, so each memo can't exceed that height. Total Access Memo on a report is designed for common memo field lengths and should not be considered a substitute for Microsoft Word to handle large documents. Of course, you can have multiple fields/records and use Total Access Memo to create very long reports, just like standard Access text boxes.
This is part of the product demo and shows how the program works along with the property settings and sample code to automate the features:
Total Access Memo includes a rich text editor that pops up and lets your users enter their text with all the rich text options they expect:
Supports 32-bit versions of Microsoft Access 2010, 2013 and 2016, and Access 2007, 2003, 2002, and 2000!
"Total Access Memo makes all the difference in my Access apps! Only Memo gives me fonts, colors, images and all the formatting tools I need. It's great!"
