About Total Access Emailer

Total Access Emailer is the most popular Microsoft Access email program. The email addresses in your Microsoft Access databases are a valuable asset. Whether it's a list of customers, employees, friends, prospects, or other contacts, email offers an efficient way to communicate with them. Imagine the power of your emails by merging that with all your other information for each person.

Total Access Emailer runs directly from your Access database as a Microsoft Access add-in with an interactive Wizard interface to guide you through the process. Easily create personalized text and HTML emails for each recipient using data from your tables to customize parts of the subject and message. You can attach Access reports as PDF files filtered for each recipient so they only receive their pages. The attachments can even be compressed into a zip file and password protected.

Your selections are automatically saved so you can run your email blasts again as your data changes.

A runtime library with programmatic interface is included to automate the sending of email blasts and managing user settings through VBA. A royalty-free runtime license is included in the retail product, so you add email to your applications and distribute it your end users.

What's New in This Version

Total Access Emailer 2010 (version 14) added many new features since Version 12 was released for Microsoft Access 2007. Many of the non-Access 2010 specific features will be released in Version x.6 for Access 2007 and 2003 soon. New features include:

Important Preview Information

The Total Access Emailer Preview is designed to provide you with an advance look at the product, as well as the opportunity to submit your requests and needs to the FMS development team before the product is finalized. Keep in mind that the preview is pre-release software. Before downloading and installing the Preview, please be aware of the following:

• This preview software is not of release quality, and it should not be used in production applications. Before installing or using this preview, be sure to back up any important data.
• This preview version expires on April 15, 2011. After the expiration date, you will need to obtain the retail version of the software. Contact FMS for more information on obtaining retail software.
• You need to be registered on MyFMS to download and activate the preview version.

This is the second preview version. The original one expires on March 31. This version includes these enhancements:

• The final help file is included
• A copy of the manual is included as a PDF file
• Issues preventing the use of the programmatic interface are resolved
• Issues with distributing the 64 bit version are resolved
• Multi-value and attachment fields in ACCDB are supported
